Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of item receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging. Processing Time for Returns:
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please ensure the item reaches us within the specified return period. Items sent back without prior authorization for return will not be accepted.
Refund and Exchange:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund. For exchange requests, we recommend initiating a return and making a separate purchase for the desired item to ensure a faster processing time.
